Sunnyvale, CA, June 25, 2004 - SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK) and SiliconSystems, Inc., announced today that they have signed a cross license agreement covering flash memory patents. According to the terms of the agreement, SanDisk and SiliconSystems will be cross-licensed to use flash system patents of both companies for specifically defined product applications. Details of the agreement are confidential.
